Customer Support Officer

Candidate must have experience in hardware trouble shooting of IBM-PC compatibles, capable of  trouble shooting configuration problems of windows-98/NT/2000/ME/XP on telephone. Should be a willing worker. Should be conversant with Microsoft products including Microsoft office. Should be willing to work in shifts.
